Whole, Half or Quarter of Beef

Looking for a freezer of high quality beef?
These are approximate average take home beef yields based off an 800 pound carcass. Packaged product will be 60-70% of total beef yield (hanging weight).
- Whole Beef Average Yield: approx. 480-560 pounds of vacuum sealed beef to take to your freezer
-Half Beef Average Yield: approx. 240-280 pounds of vacuum sealed beef to take to your freezer
-Quarter Beef Average Yield: approx. 120-140 pounds of vacuum sealed beef to take to your freezer
*Whole, Half, or Quarters of beef will be available starting June 2025. You will get to choose your cuts- fully customizable! We have a waitlist going, so contact us to get a spot! Beef will be processed at a USDA inspected facility, and ready for your freezer approximately 2.5 weeks after the beef goes in. Contact us for further details and pricing.
